Ingredients (serves 2):

2 tbsps Coconut Oil (melted)
2 cups Kohlrabi (peeled and sliced into thin strips)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Cumin

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425ºF (218ºC) and line a baking sheet with foil. Grease with half the coconut oil.

2. In a mixing bowl, toss the kohlrabi strips in the remaining coconut oil, salt and cumin. Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping once.

3. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
