Ingredients (2 servings):
2 kiwis (peeled & chopped)
2 bananas
4 cups baby spinach
1 1/2 cups filtered water
2 ice cubes
1 T ginger grated ground flax seed
1 1/2 cups filtered water
2 T unsweetened coconut flakes
2 T slivered almonds
2 T hemp seeds
Directions:
- Add frozen bananas, baby spinach, water and ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide between bowls and top with kiwi, coconut flakes, slivered almonds and hemp seeds.
- Enjoy!
