Ingredients (2 servings):  

 2 kiwis (peeled & chopped) 

2 bananas 

4 cups baby spinach
1 1/2 cups filtered water
2 ice cubes  

1 T ginger grated ground flax seed 

 1 1/2 cups filtered water

2 T unsweetened coconut flakes 

2 T slivered almonds

2 T hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. Add frozen bananas, baby spinach, water and ice cubes to the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Divide between bowls and top with kiwi, coconut flakes, slivered almonds and hemp seeds.
  4. Enjoy!
