Ingredients (2 servings):

2 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups baby spinach
1 banana (peeled, chopped and frozen)
½ avocado
2 T chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened almond milk

*Optional: 1 scoop your favorite protein powder

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well until smooth. Divide into glasses and enjoy
