Ingredients (serves 2):
1 frozen chopped banana
1 cup (155g) berries, frozen
2 tbsp. rolled oats
¼ cup (25g) vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened

Directions:

 
  1. Place everything into a high-speed blender. 

  2. Blend, stopping to scrape the sides as needed, until smooth. Serve immediately.
