2 Tbsp cold water
1 Tbsp grass-fed powdered gelatin
1 cup unsweetened nut milk of choice (I prefer cashew, coconut or almond)
1 can organic coconut milk
1 can organic coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 t fine sea salt
3 Tbsp cacao
1/3 cup Swerve confectioners style sweetener
1. Place the cold water in a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin over the water letting it sit for 1 minute. Pour in the coconut milk, the coconut cream, milk of choice, vanilla, sweetener, sea salt and cacao and whisk well over medium heat until there are no lumps. Just as it is about to boil remove from the heat.
2. Pour into small serving dishes (I used small mason jars) and chill for 2-3 hours in the fridge until set.
3. Serve and enjoy!
