Ingredients (serves 4):

8 Corn Tortillas (or wrap of your choosing)
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 lb Extra Lean Grass Fed Ground Beef
1/2 head Green Lettuce (small, finely chopped)
2 Tomato (medium, diced)

Taco seasoning:
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
½ tsp. smoked paprika
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. red chili flakes
½ tsp. salt, or to taste
½ tsp. black pepper, or to taste

Directions:

  1. Prepare your choice of wrap
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the avocado oil and the beef, stirring to break it up as it cooks.

  4. Add the ground beef, lettuce and tomatoes to the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold in half and enjoy immediately.

Notes:
