1 medium ripe banana
1 cup frozen blueberries (230g)
½ cup plant milk (150ml)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
toppings of choice
1. Slice the banana and place it in a high speed blender or food processor, along with the frozen blueberries, milk and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately in a bowl with your favourite toppings.
