Ingredients (serves 4):
8 medium carrots
8 medium oranges
3-inch (7½cm) knob fresh ginger, peeled

Directions:

  1. Scrub the carrot and cut off the tops. Peel oranges and ginger. 
  2. Place all ingredients in a juicer and process.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
