Ingredients:

6 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
6 cups filtered water

Directions:

  1. Place your coconut flakes in a bowl.
  2. Cover with 3 cups of boiling water, then 3 cups of warm water.
  3. Stir and let sit for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour contents into blender and mix thoroughly.
  5. Strain through a sieve or nut bag.
  6. Serve warm or chilled.  Enjoy!
