Ingredients (serves 2):

1 ½ cup (350ml) almond milk
¼ tsp. ground turmeric
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. Maple syrup

 
Directions:
 
  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and continuously stir over low heat.
  2. Once hot, pour into cups and top additional cinnamon to serve. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
