Ingredients (2 Servings):
2 cups Brussel Sprouts (trimmed and sliced thin)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1. In a medium-sized bowl, add all ingredients and toss well to combine.
2. Working in batches to avoid too much overlap, add the brussels sprouts to the
air fryer. Bake at 350ºF (177ºC) for six minutes, remove, give them a toss and
bake for six to seven minutes longer, until crispy and browned. Enjoy!
Leftovers: These are the best enjoyed fresh. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days.
Serving Size: One serving is equal to about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of sliced Brussels Sprouts.
Additional Toppings: Serve with a dip of your choice.
