Ingredients (serves 4):

2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup avocado oil
1 tsp. avocado oil mayonnaise
2-3 anchovies
2 tsp. stone ground mustard
1/4 tsp. sea salt to taste

Directions:

1. Place all the ingredients above in a blender.

2. Blend (I use Nutribullet) and serve over salad e.g. romaine leaves. Enjoy!
