Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken or turkey (I sometimes buy ground chicken thigh as it’s so moist)
2 cups shredded sweet potato (I use a cheese grater but you can also use a food
processor)
2 Tbsp arrowroot starch
3 Tbsp coconut oil melted (1 Tbsp for patties and 2 Tbsp for frying in the pan)
2/3 cup cranberries chopped (fresh or frozen)
2 tsp fresh rosemary
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp sage
1 tsp sea salt

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
2. Form 1 inch patties in hand and press down slightly on top
3. Heat a fry pan over medium heat
4. Add coconut oil then cook the patties 3-5 minutes until browned on each side
5. Serve with my cranberry sauce, or on their own.  Enjoy!
