Ingredients (Serves 4):

1 cup Blueberries
3 Medium Peaches
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/8 tsp Cardamom
1/4 tsp Powdered Ginger
1/4 cup Butter or Coconut Oil (melted)
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Coconut Flour
1 cup Roasted and Salted Macadamia Nuts

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC).

2. Pulse nuts into a rough crumble.

3. In bowl combine all ingredients well and pour into 8″ round pan.

4. Spoon crumble overtop and bake the pan for 50-55 minutes till golden brown. Top with cream or your favourite flavour of ice cream – and enjoy!
