6 cups bone broth (try this Instant Pot Broth)
3 cloves garlic sliced thin
1 inch ginger grated
2 stalks green onion sliced thin
6 stalks chives chopped fine
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 medium zucchini spiralized (or 1.5 cups)
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup roasted chicken, shredded
1. In a medium pot heat the bone broth on medium heat.
2. Add the garlic, ginger, sea salt, green onion, chives and zucchini and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. For the last 10 minutes add the mushrooms and pre-roasted chicken.
4. Season further with sea salt and pepper to taste.
